Trend calculator
GLP-1 Goal Date Calculator
Use your actual progress to create a planning horizon. The result adapts to your data—not a marketing promise about a medication.
Project your observed trend
November 23, 2026
This is a straight-line projection from your own data, not a promise. Plateaus, dose changes, training, illness, and adherence can all change the timeline.
What the projection does
The calculator divides your weight change by elapsed weeks, then applies that average pace to the distance between current and goal weight. It intentionally does not ask which medication you use or attempt to model a dose-response curve.
Why the date will move
Weight change is rarely linear. Early fluid shifts, later plateaus, treatment changes, strength training, illness, and normal adherence variation can all move the result. Recalculate monthly rather than reacting to daily scale noise.
Use milestones beyond weight
Track strength, waist measurements, food tolerance, energy, and relevant lab results with your care team. A goal date is useful only if the path toward it supports health and preserves function.

Frequently asked questions
Can a calculator predict my GLP-1 weight loss?
No calculator can reliably predict an individual treatment response. This tool extends your own observed average pace in a straight line and is best treated as a planning scenario, not a forecast.
Why not use clinical-trial averages?
Trial averages combine many people with different starting weights, doses, side effects, adherence, and health conditions. Applying an average percentage to one person can create false precision and unrealistic expectations.
What if my weight has not changed?
The tool will not create a goal date without a positive observed trend. Review several weeks of consistent measurements and discuss response, side effects, and treatment decisions with your prescriber.
Should I change my dose to reach the projected date?
No. This calculator does not provide medication advice. Never change a prescribed dose to match an online projection; discuss all dose decisions with your prescriber.
