Evo distinguishes small maintenance edits from corrections that could change how a reader understands a health claim, calculation, or product comparison.

How corrections are handled
We compare a reported problem against the page’s cited source, current primary guidance, calculator implementation, and any structured data shown to search engines. Safety-critical facts are checked everywhere they appear, not only in visible prose.
Minor spelling or presentation fixes do not change the review date. A material factual, formula, safety, or ranking correction should update the review date and include a plain-language note when the previous version could have affected interpretation or use.
Present reporting channel
Evo does not yet publish a dedicated corrections mailbox or public submission form. We will not invent a contact address or imply a monitored channel that does not exist. Establishing that channel and naming accountable individual editors remain recorded operational work.
Until then, every page links its sources and methods so claims can be checked directly. The editorial policy describes the review standard applied when an issue is identified.
